I am not sure where to start! This was a vacation we did not even realize was NEEDED. The whole process was handled by Packncruise, we did not have to plan anything. To be honest, I was cost conscious and did not want to go overboard. We gave Dolapo the budget and she sent us various reasonable vacation package because she has access to deals, which is why we decided not to plan this trip ourselves. Eventually we settled on a Mexico trip at the Paradisus hotel in Cancun. Dolapo checked in on us weeks before our trip and a week before sent us information that will make our trip smooth and stress free. I was so busy at work that it was not until I got to the airport that I fully appreciated what Dolapo did. All I had to worry about was packing our luggage and getting us ready for the trip. She took care of transportation from the airport to hotel and vice versus. Now to the actual travel experience, we had a fantastic time at the all-inclusive luxury hotel right on the turquoise blue beach. Everything was included, unlimited food and drinks. We also ordered room service and ate our beautiful suite with balcony overlooking the ocean. The hotel service was impeccable, and the food was really good with several dining options from Asian, to Mexican, Italian, American etc. The kids had a great time, swimming, playing on the beach and definitely the kids club. Our daughter baked cupcakes made candle wax items and much more at the kid’s club. My husband and I simply just wanted to rest. Every day, we had our bench close to the beach, ordered up our share of cocktails and just relaxed. We caught up on reading, writing, discussed our future plans and of course focused on each other. Dolapo, these 6 days in paradise was truly what the doctor ordered. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and perfect customer service, we truly felt like VIP. We all rested and recuperated, and back to reality. We are now looking forward our next vacation. Thank you so much Dolapo and PacknCruise!

My vacation in Cancun was nothing short of magical! In addition, in the course of deciding what facility to go for, Dolapo offered recommendation/feedback, based on her personal experience with the various resorts, which helped me ascertain which of the resorts was better positioned to met my vacation needs - this further simplified the selection/booking process. Hi Dolapo, I just want to say my family and I had a wonderful vacation. Ours was a large party of 25 and there was no complaints around the organization of the trip - from the flights to the hotel and the shuttle to and fro. The best part for me was how easy your agency was able to book our trip at late notice after two painful weeks of not been able to do so directly on the internet and even with the hotel /resort/airline.
